Actually, I think the Bangles have been on twitter for awhile, but I don't think they do up to the minute updates.

It's probobly a phoney profile because The Bangles have been constantly saying that they've never been on twitter yet.

They mentioned it on the second B&M podcast, that they've never been on twitter, and Susanna vaguely asked if we wanted them to be on there. They said
basically the same thing at the sirius broadcast, and during a couple of other audio interviews I can't remember off the top of my head.

Oh yes I'm waiting for..."I just broke a string blah, blah, blah." I'm cool with them not joining the tweet gang.

And myself, admittedly I don't tweet very interesting things, just normal everyday stuff like everybody else and stereotypical of what you're saying. But I'm not The Bangles either. What I put in my coffee doesn't mean anything to anyone, but the way one of the gurls takes their java can be pretty interesting.

Twitter, as Facebook might be interesting to give information about concerts, maybe "news at the last minute" as a meet and great for a concert that
was not set up at first, but decided at the very last moment...
But i certainly don't imagine the girls saying everything about their personnal life on the internet. They can already do it on the bio page on their official website, and we see all they don't do that every now and then. I think when someone is famous, it might be important to keep his private life just private. It might interest the fans to know if this famous one is going to the restaurant, watching that movie, go to see that friend, or just go to pee... But i don't really think the ones famous really wish to have thousand people who know exactly what he is doing, when he has already all the paparazzy running after him to know everything (true or not) about his life. It is way different when you know the people you have into your friend list. If you give information, you know who will get it, but if you just don't know the people who are into your friend or fans list, how can you be sure you can trust them and they won't have bad behavior against you, because they will use the information you just gave to them ?? Everybody do what they want, but i really don't imagine one second the Bangles giving information about what they do time after time they are doing it. It would be just as being into a reality show

Sylnia wrote: Those are good points, I agree with you that no one should give out super personal information on the net no matter who you are. But the Bangles I've firmly concluded are much more "street smart" about the fans then they are given credit for. And that's not hard to believe, because they've seen it all no doubt in their careers. I'm positive they know how to discern between harmless posting on twitter, and sensitive information that's to be kept private. No brainer stuff for them, no doubt. And to be honest, I didn't think of them being on there until a while after they mentioned it a couple of times. I think it's a good idea, I'd be happy to hear about the harmless info like "Ask Sue". Maybe it would be a good thing, maybe it wouldn't, only they know that. And they definitely know that better than I do.

Thanks Dawg, I guess I didn't. I can only see the banner when I'm logged out, must've done something wrong. Thanks for the tweet link. You seem to
be posting a lot more interesting things than I am. My whole life is revolving around sore muscles, ice, and Jack Russel Terriers that never want to go to
sleep, lol.

During Baseball Season, sometimes I'll exchange Tweets with Jay Crawford of ESPN's FirstTake complaining about The Indians. (I knew Crawford when he
worked at WBNS-TV in Columbus.)
