I expect you've all heard and seen in the news about the dreadful terror attack at the Manchester Arena in the UK on May 22.
You know the details, so I won't repeat them here.
I just can't understand the motivation of these suicide bombers, how they can be brainwashed etc.
It has been labelled as "The UK's Bataclan."
Please join me in expressing our condolences and hugs to the people of Manchester, especially those who have lost loved ones.
The last time I was in Manchester ironically was to see The Bangles play at the Manchester Academy, 14 years ago if I remember.
It was at the time that we decided to launch air strikes on Iraq - whether that was right or wrong is another topic for discussion.
This terror attack comes 6 weeks after the incident at Westminster bridge in London.
Now soldiers are going to be patrolling British streets and events for the foreseeable future, that's what has been decided.
