Greta Van SUSTREN
was recently doing her TV NEWs
journalism in New Orleans,
about the reconstruction of the
post KATRINA area.
On TV, Greta stopped in at the
HOUSES of BLUES,
and there in a comfortable
office Greta interviewed famous
Hollywood actor Dan A,
(ELWOOD, of the BLUES BROS
movie fame).

Dan A has an interest in the
HOUSE of BLUES chain of concert halls.
I wished Greta would have asked Dan
about Bill GRAHAM Presents and the
BANGLES story.

Instead Greta asked Dan about;
...the Mardi Gras,
....New Orleans and,
...the business at the
HOUSE of BLUES.
Greta's Tv program turned out to
be an interesting TV show afterall,
although I wish hopefully
that Greta will someday interview
the BANGLES.
It would be neat if the BANGLES would play
music near San Francisco in 2006.

It is always fun reading the "BANGLES" in-concert reviews,
by the fans posted
in the "Live" section of this messageboard.
There are some really talented writers in the
Bangles fan group and it is a nice surprize when
they post and share with everyone a Bangles-concert
story.
Some of the tales where the hero has to travel a fair
distance are interesting,
sometimes while reading about the
Bangles concert experience
some say that;
"...its almost like being there
with them at the Bangles concert !"

The main idea of this topic-thread is that
this is a place where you may cheer for the cause
of promoting the idea
that a Bangles concert happen in your area.
It is good news that the Bangles have posted many
excellent future concert dates on this messageboard.
Because I might be busy and have to be somewhere
right then, you may bet that I won't be at the pride
events, so perhaps the

BANGLES
spring-summer 2006 mid america concerts
might be where I'll be this year when
the BANGLES
play the famous rock and roll songs.
The Bangles are great whenever and wherever they
decide to play music, the thing for me is that I would rather
see a Bangles show when the Bangles are near my hometown.
Sometimes a person must travel and take a short vacation
in order to see the Bangles play.
In my case, I hoping the
BANGLES
add a summer or fall 2006 date at a concert hall
somewhere near San Francisco.
My main point here is that I noticed that the Bangles
have recently (April 2006), added a list of planned
future 06 concerts to this computerized messageboard,
which is very good news,
and after some thought and consideration,
I think the most likely place for me to see one of
the 2006 Bangles tour dates,
at this time may be out of State.
